By accessing and using Betaware AI (betaware.app and our mobile applications), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement with Neu Software LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed and managed by those platforms and are subject to their respective terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings.

6. Is Betaware AI a Gambling Service?

Betaware AI does not offer, facilitate, or process any gambling or betting services. We do not accept money, place bets, or operate as a bookmaker. Any betting or gambling activities must be conducted through licensed and regulated third-party sportsbooks in jurisdictions where such activities are legal.
